Shipping & Returns
Online orders are usually shipped within 7 business days. In case there is a delay in production we shall notify you immediately.Every single piece designed & produced by TARASVI goes through stringent quality checks.
Every product offered by us, is hand crafted with deep love and the subtle nuances of color or texture variations are characteristic of the human touch. However, any purchase may be returned if unused, unwashed, undamaged and intact with all the tags and labels. We are happy to provide an exchange credit
which can be used up to 6 months from the credit date. The cost of return or exchange is to be borne by the customer.
We accept returns within 15 days. The TARASVI team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
Domestic Delivery –
• We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 10,000.
• Total shipping charges vary between INR 150 and INR 500, and will be calculated at
checkout as per your cart size
How Do I Track my Order –
Once your order is shipped, the docket number and the courier name will be sent to you via email. You can visit the courier partner website and enter the docket number to track the location status of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
